Beschreibung

• Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for the technical assessment and interview-innovation platform • Define the roadmap for AI-driven assessment and interview-innovation capabilities • Evaluate emerging AI techniques to strengthen signals on candidates' technical capabilities • Shape Karat's perspective in the evolving technical assessment market • Prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives • Partner with engineering, content, and UX teams to ship high-quality, technically credible solutions • Analyze assessment data to improve accuracy • Design experiments for new interview and assessment approaches • Use the database of hundreds of thousands of candidate interviews to improve performance signals • Track performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities • Partner with Go-to-Market teams on expansion strategies • Build business cases for new offerings • Collaborate across engineering, content, design, and go-to-market teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of product management experience across B2B and B2C offerings • Ideally prior experience as a software developer • Actively code for fun using modern, AI-assisted tools • Stay hands-on with the evolving developer experience • Demonstrated experience defining, launching, selling, and scaling successful products with measurable business impact • Comfortable conversing with senior technical leaders, including CTOs and VPs of Engineering, about software development fundamentals • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders • Ability to lead cross-functional teams • Track record of executive presentations communicating business value and product strategy • Must reside in FL, IL, MA, MO, OR, TX, or WA • Immigration sponsorship is not available
