Beschreibung

• Own the full P&L for Dutch's ecommerce business across prescription and non-prescription products • Set targets, track performance, and drive accountability for revenue, margin, and profitability • Identify high-value product-sales opportunities using market signals, platform data, and customer needs • Define and evolve assortment strategy across prescription and OTC categories • Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and emerging product categories • Own the storefront end to end, including homepage, collection/category pages, and PDPs • Lead the reimagination of Dutch's product storefront from concept through execution • Partner with Creative, UX, Engineering, Product Management, and Data Science teams • Own merchandising strategy, product collections, promotional calendars, bundles, campaigns, and repeat-purchase initiatives • Define selling mechanisms including subscriptions, auto-refills, bundles, vet-recommended collections, and promotional offers • Own and optimize the consumer-facing conversion funnel from landing to checkout • Build and maintain the storefront and funnel testing roadmap • Diagnose funnel drop-off using data and qualitative signals and translate findings into shipped improvements • Manage the items file and product-data metadata strategy • Own the product catalog lifecycle from onboarding through performance review and sunset decisions • Recommend CMS and item-management tooling and explain the tradeoffs • Scout new products, emerging brands, and category innovations • Partner with the AI team to build personalized product recommendations using EMR data and vet-issued insights • Define recommendation data inputs, logic, and feedback loops

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of product management experience in ecommerce, marketplace, or consumer product businesses at a startup • Track record of driving meaningful revenue growth • Direct, hands-on experience owning a storefront across the homepage, collection pages, PDPs, and items file • Proven, measurable success improving consumer-facing conversion funnels with specific before/after results • Demonstrated experience owning a P&L and managing margin and profitability targets • Strong data analysis and decision-making abilities • Experience collaborating with product, design, engineering, and data science teams to build and ship • Strong commercial instincts, including market-opportunity identification, business-case development, and execution • Exceptional drive and self-motivation • Shopify experience is nice to have • Membership or subscription business-model experience is a plus • Pet, health, and wellness ecommerce experience is nice to have • AI/ML personalization or recommendation-system experience is nice to have • Vendor negotiations, wholesale buying, or marketplace supplier-management familiarity is nice to have
