Beschreibung

• Own the analytical agenda for the Growth direction in partnership with commercial and product leads • Build churn early-warning models that identify causes, estimate their financial impact, and inform retention or sales actions • Estimate landlords' hidden portfolios, rank expansion opportunities, and analyze call recordings to identify product opportunities • Reconstruct pricing, estimate elasticity by segment, recommend defensible fee increases, and prioritize rent reviews by expected value • Build Rent Guarantee underwriting models using arrears and collections loss data, including probability of default, severity, eligibility rules, and monitoring • Design growth experiments for tenant products, payment flows, upsell paths, and outreach sequences using holdouts, power calculations, and uplift estimates • Own the Growth data layer, including pipelines from platform databases, payments, communications, call transcripts, and property-management jobs • Define the shared metrics tree and build an evaluation harness for LLM extraction • Act as a thought partner to business and product leadership, form independent views, challenge priorities, and deliver decision-enabling analysis

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English • Higher degree education • Startup mentality, resilience, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering value to end-users or clients • Strong logical problem-solving skills and ability to propose practical solutions • 5+ years of experience in a DA / DS role • High autonomy and a full-stack analyst skill set expected of a Senior DA grade • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with ability to build pipelines using dbt or equivalent • Strong statistical depth in experiment design, causal inference without randomisation, diff-in-diff, matching, synthetic control, survival analysis, and elasticity • Pragmatic ML experience including churn propensity, uplift, pricing, and simple forecasting • Fluency with LLMs applied to messy text and audio, including building evaluation sets • Ability to read backend code and independently fetch unprepared data • Ability to partner with business and product teams, form independent views, and push back constructively • Nice to have: experience pricing or underwriting a financial product such as insurance, guarantees, or credit using loss data • Nice to have: experience defining a metrics tree from scratch and working directly with Managing Directors and agents
