• The Director, Sales is responsible for building relationships and educating new direct clients and third-party resellers with a consultancy approach • This is a quota-base role and you will develop Part 135/121 charter service offerings by actively prospecting outbound leads to garner new clients, increase company revenue by delivering net new clients and generating net revenue against quota, maintain existing accounts, and increase awareness and educate the marketplace on PJS value propositions • Call on new potential accounts, set client visits, educate, and inform third party resellers on PJS products and services • Discover and cultivate new qualified sales prospects and convert pre-qualified leads in several databases to new clients • Create proposals, quotes, bids, and provide information to ultimately win and attain trip contracts • Represent the company at tradeshows; follow up on new sales leads generated from the same and greet new or existing accounts to maintain relationships, when appropriate
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of Aviation experience required • 4+ years of hospitality and sales experience preferred • Experience with contact management CRM, (SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.)
• U.S. work authorization is a precondition of employment • FLSA Status- fulltime exempt • Lifting requirements- Up to 20lbs
