Beschreibung

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific MEP Quality Assurance / Quality Control plans, procedures, and inspection protocols • Establish standardized quality documentation, inspection checklists, and acceptance criteria across the development portfolio • Review design documents, specifications, and submittals for constructability, quality alignment, and commissioning readiness • Identify quality risks and implement mitigation strategies • Conduct field inspections and audits to verify installation quality and compliance with drawings, specifications, manufacturer requirements, codes, and industry standards • Monitor contractor workmanship and installation sequencing • Lead documentation, communication, and closure of non-conformance reports, punch-list items, and corrective action plans • Maintain quality dashboards and reporting metrics for executive visibility • Provide quality oversight for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, fire protection, and life safety systems • Partner with commissioning teams to verify installation, testing, startup, and commissioning readiness • Validate pressure testing, flushing, cable and megger testing, relay settings, controls point-to-point testing, Sequence of Operations, and integrated systems testing readiness • Support issue resolution and closure of commissioning deficiencies • Hold contractors, subcontractors, OEM vendors, and suppliers accountable to quality standards and contractual obligations • Support Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing, equipment receiving inspections, vendor quality-plan reviews, preservation procedures, and turnover documentation • Ensure complete turnover documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, training materials, spare parts inventories, and preventative maintenance recommendations • Partner with Operations teams to transition projects from construction delivery to live operations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience) • 6+ years of progressive experience in MEP QA/QC, commissioning, construction quality management, or mission-critical infrastructure delivery • Demonstrated experience supporting complex infrastructure projects such as data centers, hospitals, semiconductor facilities, power generation, or industrial manufacturing environments • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems commissioning and QA/QC • Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, ICC, and applicable code requirements • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and documentation processes • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and contractor management • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, commissioning plans, and technical documentation • Mission-critical / hyperscale data center project experience strongly preferred • Professional certifications such as PE, PMP, CxA, CCP, LEED AP, CQM, or OSHA 30 preferred • Experience with Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM coordination tools, and digital commissioning platforms
