Beschreibung

• Create and configure cohort branches, school registrations, teacher/facilitator groups, registration portals, forms, payment methods, and Salesforce enrollments and permissions • Test the full registration process before each registration period • Troubleshoot registration, payment gateway, and cross-system data synchronization issues • Create and update cohort FAQ pages based on input from in-country leads • Import courses into Salesforce • Create weekly Salesforce progress reports and check for errors • Release course reports and results through TalentLMS user fields • Export end-of-term results to Salesforce • Develop scalable automation to identify synchronization issues • Perform manual system updates for exceptional circumstances • Meet with the iDE team and collaborate with Edify HR and IT regarding TalentLMS and Salesforce impacts • Create and review end-of-term score reports with the iDE team • Coordinate sharing term results with teachers via WhatsApp, Salesforce, or TalentLMS • Deactivate Salesforce cohorts and delete TalentLMS branches at the end of term • Perform quality assurance of LMS courses, data quality analysis, and systems automation troubleshooting • Supplement related technical work as assigned by leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• Personal values that align to Edify’s mission • Living example of servant leadership • Strong organizational skills, including effective time management and prioritization of competing demands/multiple deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written, verbal and technology-based communication skills • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues • Course design in an LMS system • Strong cross-cultural collaboration and communication skills • Knowledge of LMS systems; TalentLMS preferred but not required • Salesforce Flow • WordPress • Zapier or similar workflow integration platform • WooCommerce • Preferred: PHP, Linux, MySQL • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or similar • Two years of experience in the IT field working in systems integration • Ability to collaborate with global teams, partner organizations, and individuals in the iDE program
