Beschreibung

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of scalable AWS cloud infrastructure and complex technical initiatives • Coach engineers through successful delivery and provide people leadership, including performance management, goal setting, feedback, career development, and hiring participation • Build and maintain Bitbucket Pipelines CI/CD pipelines, Terraform infrastructure as code, and internal platform tooling • Execute complex production deployments and improve deployment safety through automation, verification, and rollback • Establish the team's technical implementation strategy and continuous improvement roadmap • Drive enterprise ecosystem improvements through hands-on technical leadership • Implement and improve the team's production ownership model • Deliver team commitments while supporting organizational operational objectives • Communicate with leadership and across teams; author and present technical documentation and direction • Enforce enterprise standards, security best practices, compliance, environment management, and change and incident/PIR processes • Design, build, and improve shared engineering platforms, automation, IaC, CI/CD, developer tooling, and self-service capabilities • Evaluate and promote AI-enabled engineering and operational automation to improve productivity, deployment quality, incident response, and platform operations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field, or commensurate real-world DevOps experience • 7+ years in a DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering role • Demonstrated experience leading engineers, owning technical delivery, or managing complex cross-functional technical initiatives • Proven experience with AWS services and cloud migration projects • Extensive experience with CI/CD tools and modern pipeline automation; Bitbucket Pipelines experience preferred • Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code • Strong knowledge of Atlassian products, including JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket • Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes • Experience leading incident response, owning production reliability, mentoring engineers, and setting team technical standards • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and collaboration abilities; ability to write clear documentation and present technical direction • Sound organizational judgment with cross-team impact awareness • Ability to lead unfamiliar or ambiguous technical initiatives with minimal supervision • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner required • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional preferred • AWS Certified Security Specialty optional • AWS CloudOps Administrator Associate
