Beschreibung

• Lead carpentry crews and execute retail construction projects from start to finish • Install millwork, cabinetry, fixtures, displays, and décor packages • Perform rough carpentry, framing, drywall, and interior finish work • Install wall panels, trim, doors, hardware, and accessories • Execute retail remodels, tenant improvements, and store refresh projects • Lead and coordinate daily activities of carpenters and assistant carpenters • Plan work activities and sequence tasks to maintain production goals • Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project schedules • Perform layout and ensure installations meet project requirements • Monitor workmanship and maintain high quality standards • Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, vendors, and store personnel • Conduct daily safety meetings and maintain a safe jobsite • Forecast material needs and communicate potential issues before they impact the schedule • Train and mentor less experienced team members • Help deliver projects on time and to customer expectations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of commercial carpentry experience • 3+ years of experience leading crews or serving as a Lead Carpenter or Foreman • Experience with retail, commercial, tenant improvement, or remodel construction • Strong skills in framing, drywall, finish carpentry, fixture installation, and millwork • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications • Proven ability to lead teams while maintaining productivity and quality • Experience coordinating multiple trades in active construction environments • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license • Ability to travel and stay overnight as project schedules require • Commitment to safety, accountability, and teamwork
