Beschreibung

• Partner with Sales on technical discovery calls, scoping conversations, and solution design for prospective customers • Translate customer requirements into clear, documented technical solutions • Assess and document solution complexity to support accurate implementation estimates • Deliver product and platform demos tailored to customer use cases • Configure front-end platform settings and integrations • Work hands-on with RFID, BLE, GPS, and other IoT hardware during deployment and testing • Build and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, webhooks, and MQTT • Collaborate with the global, distributed engineering team to resolve technical issues and refine solutions • Manage and configure mobile devices during deployment • Own the handoff from delivery into steady-state support • Define and document scope of work for customer engagements • Train customer teams on technical concepts in plain language • Analyze deployment and usage data using Excel and SQL to monitor solution health and identify opportunities • Serve as an ongoing technical point of contact for assigned accounts

🎯 Anforderungen

• Hands-on experience with RFID, BLE, GPS, or other IoT hardware technologies • Front-end platform configuration experience • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and MQTT-based integrations • Strong Excel skills and comfort with data analysis • Working knowledge of SQL • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) • Proven ability to translate customer conversations into technical requirements and documented solutions • Experience running customer demos and product/platform walkthroughs • Experience delivering training that makes technical concepts accessible to non-technical audiences • Comfortable owning the relationship across the full pre-sale-to-delivery arc • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at once • Self-starter who takes ownership without needing close direction • Ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems • Willing and able to travel up to 50% • Experience with Postman • Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira) • Experience with Salesforce • Experience with CAD or similar design/visualization tools • Experience with MSSQL • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to support day-to-day work • 5–10 years of experience in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical customer success role • Demonstrated experience owning technical relationships across pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
