Beschreibung

• Provide deep technical sales support for go-to-market strategies related to Red Hat managed cloud services • Articulate how Managed OpenShift services support operational efficiency, faster time to value, and reduced operational burden • Remove organizational, competitive, and technical blockers to customer adoption • Guide customers toward production-ready, enterprise-approved Managed OpenShift architectures • Articulate the Cloud Services value proposition to leadership, operations teams, and developers • Conduct architecture walkthroughs, business-value conversations, and Success Planning • Partner with account teams and Customer Success to identify customer use cases, challenges, and adoption blockers • Provide technical guidance in defining customer-approved, enterprise-ready Managed OpenShift architectures • Plan, design, and execute tailored solutions using Red Hat support and resources • Provide product feedback to Managed OpenShift Product and SRE teams • Support solution design and make technical recommendations directly to customers • Design and propose solutions using consultative selling and business acumen • Identify and partner with customer champions and advocate for Cloud Services • Share knowledge and findings with team members • Facilitate pre- and post-sales technical deep dives, proofs of concept, workshops, and internal enablement events • Collaborate with account teams, Customer Success, Product, and SRE teams to ensure positive customer experiences, revenue generation, and renewals

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience as a sales engineer, consultant, IT architect, or in an equivalent customer-facing technical role within enterprise accounts • Strong knowledge of cloud service providers including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform and their native services ecosystems • Hands-on experience with Red Hat's managed cloud services offerings, including ROSA and ARO • Solid working knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift • Solid product knowledge across Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, and Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization • Consultative selling skills, with ability to design and propose solutions with business acumen • Record of developing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels throughout large enterprise IT organizations • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills • Broad understanding of application lifecycle from development to operations (DevOps) • Knowledge of containers, container management and security, and CI/CD tooling • Willingness to travel as required • Relevant mid-level Red Hat certifications for specialty area preferred • Public cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred
