Beschreibung

• Lead product strategy for eMoney's foundational platform capabilities, including data aggregation, APIs, strategic integrations and evolution toward an AI-native platform • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for eMoney's Platform, Data, APIs and AI capabilities • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team of Product Managers and product leaders • Partner with executive leadership to strengthen eMoney's platform differentiation and competitive position • Establish product metrics and accountability for business, customer and platform outcomes • Work with Technology Leadership to determine technical implementation while maintaining Product accountability for exposed capabilities and conditions • Lead product strategy for data aggregation capabilities and related customer experiences • Partner with Technology and Data leadership to prepare the platform for AI-driven use cases • Identify opportunities to leverage eMoney's data foundation as a strategic differentiator • Define product strategy for AI platform connectivity and agentic experiences • Establish product strategy and requirements for MCP and other emerging AI connectivity standards • Evolve APIs from traditional application integrations toward support for AI applications and agent integrations • Establish product requirements for authentication, authorization, entitlements, data access, auditability and enterprise governance • Define boundaries between customer-accessible data and eMoney's proprietary planning intelligence • Ensure AI connectivity supports eMoney's Always-On Planning strategy • Partner with AI Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Legal and Compliance leaders to establish AI governance

🎯 Anforderungen

• 12+ years of progressive Product Management experience, with significant experience leading enterprise fintech products • Proven experience leading product organizations at the VP or equivalent senior leadership level • Deep experience with platform products, APIs, data products, and enterprise integrations • Experience defining product strategy for complex technology platforms used by large enterprise customers • Strong understanding of modern cloud architectures, APIs, data platforms and enterprise integration patterns • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with CTO, Engineering and Architecture leaders • Experience translating complex technology capabilities into clear customer and business value • Strong understanding of generative AI, AI platforms and emerging agentic architectures • Experience defining products or platforms that incorporate AI, intelligent workflows or AI agents • Understanding of AI tool/function calling, agent orchestration, APIs and emerging AI connectivity standards such as MCP • Ability to assess emerging technologies and translate them into practical product strategies • Understanding of the data, security, governance and intellectual-property implications of exposing enterprise capabilities to AI systems • Ability to operate effectively at both the strategic executive level and the detailed product-definition level • Strong executive communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills • Experience managing and developing senior Product leaders and building high-performing product organizations
