Beschreibung

• Serve as platform owner for Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord • Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success leadership to prioritize the systems roadmap • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and developer handoffs • Develop and maintain integration designs covering object models, data flows, triggers, and automations • Translate go-to-market strategy into scalable system configuration • Lead AI-assisted workflows, automations, and internal tools across the commercial organization • Conduct data integrity and governance reviews, including field standards, deduplication, permissioning, and audit readiness • Coordinate dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and representative performance • Evaluate and pilot new revenue technology and AI capabilities • Build business cases and rollout plans for recommended capabilities • Manage systems aspects of the deal lifecycle, including pipeline stages, forecasting categories, quoting/CPQ-adjacent workflows, and mutual action plan tooling

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered • 5+ years administering or managing Salesforce in a commercial/RevOps context • Salesforce certifications are a plus, not required • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Gong • Experience with Clay and/or Accord, or clearly transferable tools in the same category, ideally • Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to build workflows, automate tasks, or transform systems or team operations • Strong SQL/SOQL or equivalent query fluency • Ability to translate business requirements into clean data models • Experience writing technical specifications and partnering with developers or implementation vendors • Excellent cross-functional communication skills • Healthcare, revenue cycle management, or complex B2B sales environment experience is a plus • Timely and regular attendance • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Product mindset and ability to own a roadmap, prioritize competing requests, and iterate based on feedback • Genuine curiosity about applying AI to eliminate manual, repetitive work • Adherence to EnableComp’s Core Values, Vision, and Mission
