Beschreibung

• Identify, develop, and deploy BESS Commercial Strategy Manager solutions tailored to the industrial motive power market. • Bridge advanced energy technologies with customer-specific operational needs. • Provide sales enablement, customer consultation, and technical expertise to drive adoption of BESS solutions. • Direct strategic initiatives to identify and qualify large-scale BESS opportunities. • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, product management, and field sales. • Provide advanced subject matter expertise (SME) and leadership for field sales and service teams. • Oversee customer-facing projects to ensure adoption and measurable ROI. • Position EnerSys as an industry thought leader through speaking engagements and technical forums. • Monitor policy, incentive, and market developments to inform strategy. • Partner with senior leadership to establish business development goals and forecast growth.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field required. • 7+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or motive power systems strongly preferred. • Demonstrated success in customer-facing technical sales and project leadership. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proficiency in ROI analysis, demand charge modeling, and energy cost forecasting. • Ability to interpret energy market trends, utility tariffs, and regulatory frameworks to develop actionable customer solutions. • Proficiency with energy modeling software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Professional Engineering (PE) license or NABCEP Energy Storage certification preferred, not required. • Knowledge of BESS technologies (lithium-ion, advanced lead-acid, controls/inverters). • Familiarity with warehouse and industrial operations. • Customer-focused with ability to drive adoption of new technologies.
