Beschreibung

• Own and maintain the product backlog for assigned products • Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Refine and prioritize backlog items according to business priorities • Manage backlog health to support sprint planning • Facilitate backlog refinement sessions with development teams • Support sprint planning and ensure work is developer-ready • Clarify business requirements and answer functional questions during development • Collaborate with engineering teams to remove ambiguity and support delivery • Participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Validate completed functionality against requirements and acceptance criteria • Coordinate release readiness activities • Maintain product documentation, release documentation, and product knowledge repositories • Build relationships with team members, technology teams, business stakeholders, and leadership • Report on product delivery progress, release status, testing status, and product activities • Support product demonstrations and stakeholder reviews • Gather implementation feedback and identify product improvement opportunities • Monitor backlog quality and delivery effectiveness • Improve Agile delivery processes and incorporate production feedback into backlog priorities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong understanding of Agile software delivery principles and product lifecycle management • Ability to translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Strong collaboration skills with software development teams • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining delivery commitments • Strong communication and decision-making skills • Strong organizational skills focused on execution and delivery • Ability to identify delivery risks, remove ambiguity, and drive work to completion • 5–7 years of experience in product lifecycle oversight, Agile software delivery, product coordination, project management, business analysis, or related disciplines • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, or Jira • Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and sprint readiness activities • Experience partnering with software development teams throughout the software development lifecycle • Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software releases • Experience working in Agile software delivery environments • Experience supporting cross-functional product teams preferred • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer • Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
