• About Us: ENTER is a profitable, fast-growing AI healthcare fintech company on a mission to revolutionize Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). • We’re here to change that. • Our mission is bold: automate 1% of GDP by eliminating the manual, inefficient workflows that plague financial operations in healthcare. • At ENTER, we believe better financial infrastructure means better healthcare. • We’re a fully remote, US-based team of engineers, designers, and healthcare experts. • If you're excited about building transformative technology in one of the biggest and most broken industries, we’d love to meet you. • Location: Remote (US-based preferred) • Type: Full-time • About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of healthcare infrastructure. • You’ll work across the stack to design and ship high-performance software that integrates with real-world clinical workflows, revenue cycle systems, and patient data pipelines. • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in product-oriented engineering, wants to own features end-to-end, and is passionate about solving meaningful problems in healthcare using cutting-edge technologies. • What You’ll Do: Build high-performance frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript. • Design and implement real-time, privacy-aware APIs and microservices in Java. • Work with LLMs and third-party APIs to generate intelligent summaries and recommendations. • Integrate with healthcare platforms (e.g. EMRs, PMs, clearinghouses) through APIs or user interfaces. • Optimize for speed, reliability, and usability across a variety of workflows. • Collaborate closely with product, design, and compliance teams to ensure our tools are secure, HIPAA-compliant, and delightful to use.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience writing production Java (Spring Boot preferred) • 5+ years of experience across the stack (frontend/backend/cloud) • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling • Experience working with Redis, AWS infrastructure, and real-time APIs • Familiarity with LLMs, AI tooling, or interest in integrating smart agent workflows • A bias toward shipping fast, making pragmatic decisions, and iterating • A high degree of autonomy and ownership—you’re comfortable architecting, implementing, and scaling solutions from scratch • Bonus (but not required): Experience with HIPAA-compliant systems, healthcare data, or clinical workflows • Previous work building internal tools, Chrome extensions, or productivity apps • Familiarity with observability tools like Sentry, PostHog, or Honeycomb • Startup or founder-like DNA
