Beschreibung

• The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of Envision. This includes vendor-based, in-house developed, or hybrid solutions that address functional and non-functional requirements. The architect will work closely with the Digital Product organization to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, compliant, and sustainable technical architectures.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience with Enterprise scale solutions including integration of multiple systems to achieve functional goals • Understanding of infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and cybersecurity principles • Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, HL7, FHIR) • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Strategic thinking and business acumen • Technical depth across application, data, and infrastructure domains • Ability to balance innovation with operational stability • Experience with vendor evaluation and integration • Ability to lead with influence in the absence of direct organizational power • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies • Excellent documentation and oral/written communication skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field required. • Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in solution architecture roles required. • Experience in healthcare IT systems, including RCM systems, EHRs, patient portals, and clinical workflows • Preferably has past experience working with clinicians • Preferably has past experience with designing end to end user experiences • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) Certificates and Licenses (if applicable) • Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, or healthcare IT certifications are a plus
