Beschreibung

• Lead the engineering, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint management platforms • Design, maintain, and optimize Windows device imaging and provisioning processes • Manage enterprise laptop and workstation patching strategies • Support Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management initiatives • Develop and maintain hardware and software standards • Oversee endpoint lifecycle management from provisioning through retirement • Create, test, deploy, and maintain software packages using SCCM/MECM and Intune • Manage software deployment and application lifecycle strategies • Troubleshoot deployment failures and optimize automation and reporting • Enhance the digital workplace experience through engineering, automation, and service optimization • Partner with ITSM, Service Desk, and Field Services teams to improve service delivery • Develop scalable solutions improving usability, reliability, performance, and operational efficiency • Develop and maintain PowerShell automation solutions • Automate operational tasks, deployments, provisioning workflows, reporting, and remediation • Support and administer Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop environments • Optimize virtual desktop performance, scalability, availability, and user experience • Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams on hybrid workplace initiatives • Administer Bomgar and BeyondTrust remote support and privileged access tools • Partner with cybersecurity teams on compliance and endpoint protection • Develop technical documentation, engineering standards, procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles • Participate in continuous improvement and operational governance activities • Collaborate with MSPs to ensure operational alignment, accountability, and service excellence • Provide technical leadership and governance for outsourced EUC support functions • Drive adherence to enterprise standards, SLAs, KPIs, and operational best practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field • 6–10+ years of experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Workplace Technology roles in a global environment • Strong understanding of modern workplace technologies and endpoint security best practices • Experience supporting enterprise-scale global environments • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across endpoint and virtual desktop platforms • Microsoft Intune • SCCM / MECM • Windows endpoint management • Imaging and provisioning solutions • PowerShell scripting and automation • Citrix and Azure VDI environments • Mobile Device Management (MDM) • Software packaging and deployment • Endpoint patch management • Bomgar / BeyondTrust • Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure, Endpoint Management, or Modern Workplace technologies preferred • Experience operating within ITIL or IT Service Management environments preferred • Experience within a multi-vendor or Managed Services operating model preferred • Experience supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives preferred • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to work cross-functionally across infrastructure, security, operations, and support teams • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and operational discipline • Passion for improving employee experience through technology innovation and operational excellence
