Beschreibung

• Ensuring each Technician is in route to be on time • Validating that the Technician understands the state of work and has all necessary equipment, materials, and tools • Validate that all equipment and or materials are on site and that the Technician has access • Ensure Technicians are staying on schedule and that deadlines are met • Be the first point of escalation to the Technician • Make decisions around Vendor Partner’s work onsite as it relates to customer expectations • Prioritize issues based on business impact to the customer and Service Level Agreement • Track Issues/Tasks/Action Items with Vendor Partner based on project needs • Coordination/tracking of tasks with team • Document Support/Coordination using various systems • Provide project plan updates to Project Managers and/or customers • Create Weekly Status Reports for Project Manager and/or customer • Deliverables review and tracking between the Technical Project Coordinator team and Project Management teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent related experience • Minimum 2 years relevant business experience • Prefer prior experience or familiarity with ERP software applications • Prefer prior experience in Project Coordination • Prior experience with using FieldPoint preferred • Able to work in a variety of systems, FieldPoint, SharePoint, Excel as per customer/project agreements • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite tools • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments • Ability to accurately track, troubleshoot and problem solve • Enthusiastic with exceptional organizational skills • Any relevant certifications a plus
