Beschreibung

• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and develop targeted sales strategies to accelerate adoption of ETAP solutions with strategic partners • Coordinate account planning with regional teams across global partners • Participate in joint customer engagements • Drive opportunity creation, qualification, and closure • Align synergy activities with marketing, product, and sales teams • Maintain current knowledge of product offerings and solutions • Perform product demos and elevator pitches to customers • Build and maintain partner relationships aligned to mutual goals • Foster collaboration and drive joint marketing initiatives • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers, utilities, engineering firms, and other stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the energy industry • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals • Degree in electrical engineering • Experience in electrical power systems software solutions is highly advantageous • Ability to deploy consultative selling techniques • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities focused on the energy landscape • Self-driven and results-oriented • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and adapting to a fast-changing environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate at a senior level in a global environment • MBA is a plus • Successful applicants must undergo and pass a comprehensive background check • Proof of work authorization may be required
