Beschreibung

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers • Set goals and development plans, conduct performance reviews, and coach direct reports • Partner with recruiting to grow the PM team and build a hiring pipeline • Create clarity and alignment on priorities, roadmap, and success metrics • Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for Consumer Product • Translate business goals into product bets sequenced for impact and learning • Identify market opportunities, including Indexed Universal Life and Whole Life products, and develop go-to-market strategies • Monitor consumer trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies • Own the end-to-end consumer experience from acquisition through purchase and onboarding • Educate consumers about life insurance and help them choose appropriate coverage • Lead rapid experimentation by defining hypotheses, designing tests, and applying results • Remove friction from applications and improve completion and coverage • Ensure accessible, delightful, and simple consumer experiences • Represent Product in cross-functional forums and influence prioritization and resource allocation • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Actuarial teams • Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to executives and the broader organization • Drive alignment across product, engineering, and business teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• 12+ years of experience as a product manager at a high-growth technology company, building consumer products at significant scale • 5+ years of experience managing and developing product managers • Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer industries is a plus • Exceptional ability to generate, test, and refine hypotheses using data, user insights, and market trends • Strong analytical orientation and data-driven decision-making ability • Proficiency in self-serve analytics using tools like SQL and Amplitude • Comfort partnering with data science for complex analysis • Ability to transform strategic ideas into actionable roadmaps, rapid prototypes, and iterative product improvements • Experience leading and scaling PM organizations, including hiring, onboarding, and developing talent • Ability to operate across long-term vision and hands-on execution • Exceptional communication and executive presence; ability to influence without authority • Deep track record of solving customer problems and translating them into business growth
