Beschreibung

• Coordinate operational changes and releases of all live service elements, focusing on planning, resource and activity coordination, version control, quality, and risk minimisation • Report Release and Change Management KPIs and ensure targets are met • Coordinate with DevSecOps Engineers and technical teams on deployments, automation improvements, and release optimisation • Collaborate with project and operational teams to implement system changes and releases effectively • Assist with support model setup and transition of projects and new services into business-as-usual operations • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and third parties to ensure timely change and release implementation

🎯 Anforderungen

• University degree in IT or a relevant discipline • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations and/or IT service management and delivery • Experience working within ITIL-aligned frameworks and structured change and release-management processes • Excellent understanding and practical knowledge of ITIL service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event, and Knowledge Management • Proficiency with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and configuration-management tools • Ability to manage multiple high-priority or competing efforts and adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities • ITIL Foundation or higher certification (or equivalent) is mandatory • Excellent command of English • Agile or DevOps certification and/or project management certification is an asset
