Beschreibung

• Own the vision, outcomes, and roadmap for RCM automation • Work closely with design and engineering to discover and deliver solutions that reduce manual claim management • Translate requirements into user stories and collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile environment • Apply automation and AI to correct claims, follow up on AR, apply payments, and manage denials and appeals • Ensure solutions are scalable and extensible across products • Define clear success metrics and hold yourself accountable for results • Improve claim submission, accounts receivable follow-up, and payment posting workflows • Deliver efficient, trustworthy, and user-friendly RCM automations for billers • Travel to the Denver corporate headquarters or other office locations across North America as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Five or more years of product management experience • Proven ability to own a complex, workflow-driven product area and deliver measurable outcomes • Strong product discovery skills and comfort operating in ambiguity • Hands-on revenue cycle experience preferred: as a biller, in RCM operations, or building software for billing, practice management or clearinghouses • Track record of shipping practical solutions that teams and customers actually adopt • Foundational knowledge of AI and LLMs preferred • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship in the United States
