Beschreibung

• Structure positioning, tone, visual standards, and channel rules as platform intelligence • Build and maintain email, banner, social, and video templates to brand and channel specifications • Operate the platform’s content generation tools to generate asset sets • Generate variants according to content-system logic and format requirements • Review platform output against brand standards and channel specifications before client review • Interpret rendering requirements, safe zones, format constraints, and placement rules across channels • Identify brand drift and determine whether issues originate in brand configuration, templates, or the content system • Model inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2 to 5 years in a production, brand management, or creative operations role at an agency or in a regulated industry environment • Track record managing brand standards across channels • Hands-on familiarity with channel production requirements, including email rendering, banner specifications, safe zones, and format constraints across digital formats • Pharma or regulated industry experience is a plus; MLR familiarity is helpful but not required • Experience working in structured review and revision cycles with accountability for output quality before client delivery • Ability to read brand guidelines and translate them into production requirements without ambiguity • Ability to maintain production quality standards and catch errors before review • Understanding of email, display, social, and video formats • Ability to learn platform tools independently • Ability to clearly identify and communicate output problems • Active use of AI tools in daily work, including building workflows, testing outputs, and solving unfamiliar problems • Must be eligible for hire in select U.S. locations
