Beschreibung

• Drive the strategy, design, and delivery of innovative technology solutions focused on Utilization Management (UM) and prior authorization applications • Lead agile teams, collaborate across functions, and ensure products meet regulatory and market needs from ideation through launch • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for UM and provider portal solutions • Translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Champion product discovery, prioritization frameworks, and outcome measurement • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UM/prior authorization workflows • Oversee creation and maintenance of product documentation • Own the user acceptance testing process • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders • Identify and champion initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field • 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, with a focus on Utilization Management, prior authorization, or provider portal solutions • Proven track record of leading agile teams and delivering successful UM or provider-facing products • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to completion • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences • Strong understanding of healthcare data formats (eligibility, claims, authorizations) and compliance standards • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio)
