Beschreibung

• Drive the development and expansion of the specialty portfolio for monogastric and ruminant markets • Create and generate demand by engaging directly with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders • Promote products and solutions through technical and commercial presentations, customer visits, and industry events • Use CRM (MS Dynamic) • Initiate and lead business opportunities to generate sales in cooperation with the technical team • Coordinate and monitor product trials with the Technical Manager to demonstrate product efficacy and value • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability objectives • Manage and maintain the annual rolling forecast • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities • Build relationships with customers and industry influencers • Collaborate with technical, marketing, supply chain, and sales teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in animal science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field • Proven experience in animal nutrition, animal health, and feed additives, preferably in the poultry sector • Ruminant experience is an advantage • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills with a track record of achieving commercial objectives • Excellent understanding of monogastric and/or ruminant production sectors and market dynamics • Experience managing forecasts, business plans, and commercial performance metrics • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional and international environment • Strong commercial mindset • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills • Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused • Willingness to travel as required • Fluent English is mandatory • Dutch, German, and/or French are highly desirable
