Beschreibung

• Lead cross-channel demand generation efforts • Guide experimentation and optimization • Partner with analytics and product teams to bring measurable, scalable impact • Manage a team with direct reports • Evaluate and pilot new acquisition channels, platforms, and lead sources • Design structured test-and-learn frameworks for exploratory channels • Manage a large marketing portfolio spanning multiple channels and partners • Improve execution standards across channel owners and performance marketing teams • Set direction on budget allocation, pacing frameworks, and performance diagnostics • Partner with analytics and decision science teams to improve targeting, segmentation, and lead scoring • Manage demand forecasting and scenario planning across channels • Establish experimentation frameworks across channels • Ensure insights from pilots are embedded into ongoing execution

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth • Experience managing vendor relationships • Experience launching and scaling new channels • Knowledge of personal lines insurance industry and competitive landscape • Demonstrated analytical and project management skills • Minor travel required
