Beschreibung

• Own the daily performance of the inbound sales team • Coach sales consultants through structured one-on-one sessions • Reinforce and expand on concepts taught during workshops • Review recorded sales conversations and coaching insights • Conduct role-play sessions using real customer scenarios • Ensure coaching becomes a daily habit through inspection • Hold salespeople accountable for executing the sales methodology • Improve discovery, qualification, objection handling, follow-up, and closing processes • Accelerate new hire development and reduce operational issues • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Operations teams • Identify opportunities for overall sales process improvement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience improving conversion rates through coaching and accountability • Familiarity with reviewing recorded sales calls • Ability to conduct one-on-one coaching and structured role-playing • Experience reinforcing training through consistent follow-up • Proficient in using CRM data and performance metrics • Experience in inbound sales environments, preferably residential consumers
