Beschreibung

• Support the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager • Ensure the facility meets high cleanliness standards and delivers operational excellence • Build and maintain customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions • Present a structured sales process and manage customer accounts • Identify storage needs and provide tailored solutions • Maximize sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies • Perform continuous site maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and grounds maintenance • Conduct daily site safety inspections, including lock checks • Address and resolve customer concerns related to billing, security, auctions, and proper site usage • Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, process customer payments, and complete daily bank deposits • Establish and maintain professional relationships with Extra Space employees • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1+ year of customer-facing work experience • Sales experience preferred • Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle is necessary for daily bank deposits and travel to other sites as needed, except in New York City and Brooklyn • High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus • Ability to perform indoor and outdoor responsibilities with exposure to seasonal weather conditions • Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, sit, and lift • Ability to regularly lift or move items up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
