Beschreibung

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful project outcomes • Assess procurement and accounts payable operations to identify process improvement and automation opportunities • Drive transformation across requisition management, purchase order processing, invoice processing, accounts payable, and vendor management • Facilitate workshops with procurement, finance, operations, accounts payable, and shared services stakeholders • Define future-state business processes, operating models, governance structures, and technology requirements • Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, testing scenarios, and deployment plans • Support implementation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and adoption activities across procurement technologies • Improve compliance, automate manual processes, reduce cycle times, and increase operational efficiency • Manage project risks, dependencies, issue resolution, and executive stakeholder communications • Lead and mentor team members while maintaining high-quality delivery standards • Support business development through proposals, solution demonstrations, client presentations, and estimates • Collaborate with client teams across multiple locations and travel to client sites as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field • Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Procure to Pay, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, Supply Chain Transformation, or Consulting • Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives • Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Zip, Oracle Procurement, or similar solutions • Strong understanding of requisition-to-payment process flows and associated controls • Experience producing process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, training materials, and implementation documentation • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience • Ability and willingness to work directly with clients and travel as required; travel can range up to 60% • Deep understanding of Procure to Pay processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, accounts payable, and vendor management • Experience designing and improving procurement and AP operating models • Strong understanding of procurement controls, governance, and compliance requirements • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions • Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives involving procurement, finance, and technology stakeholders • Experience developing business cases, process documentation, testing plans, and deployment strategies
