Die Plattform zielt darauf ab, das Verständnis der Benutzer für das Bundesregister zu verbessern und die Zugänglichkeit zu föderalen Dokumenten zu erhöhen, mit dem Ziel, in der Zukunft einen offiziellen rechtlichen Status zu erlangen, der vom Verwaltungsrat des Bundesregisters (Administrative Committee of the Federal Register, ACFR) gewährt wird.

Beschreibung

• Lead the commercial and operational performance of the OEM cable assembly business within the Custom Engineered Solutions division • Transform business data into insights supporting better decisions and stronger financial performance • Own the strategy, positioning, and lifecycle of assigned OEM cable and harness assembly product lines • Identify portfolio gaps, growth opportunities, cost-reduction opportunities, and product priorities • Understand customer applications, requirements, volumes, sourcing strategies, and competitive alternatives • Support Sales and customer discussions with product strategy, positioning, and technical/commercial expertise • Lead new product introductions and lifecycle decisions with cross-functional partners • Partner on manufacturability, capacity, quality, timing, tooling, materials, and cost • Collect, clean, and analyze sales, margins, pricing, forecasts, backlog, and inventory data • Develop recommendations to improve profitability, pricing strategy, inventory performance, and customer service • Monitor commodity markets, including copper, and support pricing adjustments and metals escalation programs • Review customer pricing and maintain price lists reflecting approved agreements, cost inputs, and margin objectives • Develop dashboards and analytical tools using Oracle, S2K, Excel, and business intelligence platforms • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Strategic Account Managers • Present business performance, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• Three or more years of experience in product management, commercial analytics, demand planning, supply chain, pricing, or a similar analytical role within manufacturing or industrial distribution • Strong analytical skills evaluating sales, margins, inventory, forecasting, pricing, and operational performance • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Experience working with ERP and business intelligence systems • Excellent communication and project management skills • Ability to translate complex business data into actionable recommendations • Ability to work remotely within the Eastern or Central time zone • Ability to travel approximately quarterly, primarily to GCG facilities • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred • Experience with custom cable assemblies, wire and cable products, or other engineered electrical products preferred • Experience with commodity pricing, copper escalation programs, and multiple ERP systems preferred • Experience developing dashboards and reporting tools preferred
