Beschreibung

• Drives process standardization and continuous improvement across assigned distribution centers to ensure operational objectives are met. • Provides project management leadership for the implementation and enhancement of Warehouse Management System (WMS) capabilities. • Partners with local DC leadership to identify operational inefficiencies and secure support for network-wide improvements. • Leads solution design, cost–benefit analysis, and implementation of operational improvement initiatives. • Supports business development efforts by offering operational and systems expertise to shape solutions for new business opportunities. • Ensures consistent use of WMS capabilities, best methods, and operational best practices across all sites. • Develop and enhance systems and processes to improve user functionality, productivity, and overall efficiency. • Build and maintain management systems that support ongoing productivity and performance improvement. • Oversees training and development of data analysts in WMS configuration and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with the LMS Manager and DC leadership to continuously drive productivity improvements, uncover performance gaps, and promote adoption of improved practices across the network.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Analysis, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience. • 5–7 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer, Operations/Business Analyst, or Consultant. • Distribution center or fulfillment experience required. • Experience supervising or leading teams preferred. • Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across functional teams. • Strong people-leadership and change-management experience. • Super-user knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and understanding of WMS/LMS system interfaces. • Experience with Easy Metrics LMS or a comparable labor management system. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL. • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and development of alternative solutions. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data and process insights into clear written and verbal recommendations. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, drive consensus, and support continuous improvement. • Ability to travel up to 50%.
