Beschreibung

• Prepare complex Architecture and Engineering construction drawings for residential and commercial projects using AutoCAD Architecture and/or REVIT • Perform thorough self-review of work before submitting to a supervisor • Maintain regular communication with the Project Management team regarding project status • Apply Fieldstone’s Quality Control procedures and take ownership of work • Maintain standards for file and folder management, including submittals, RFIs, and other project records • Comply with Fieldstone and client-specific CAD and file-management standards • Participate in team meetings to resolve coordination, scheduling, and technical concerns • Document time and expenses using Fieldstone’s business management system • Foster a culture of external and internal client service • Adhere to ethical standards and codes of professional conduct • Develop professional and leadership skills within the firm • Comply with laws and regulations governing the practice of architecture • Participate in community activities and professional development activities • Understand project delivery technologies and policies governing supervision of design work • Maintain positive, cooperative relationships within the firm, with clients, and with consultants • Prepare diagrams illustrating spatial relationships and functional adjacencies • Assist with building code analysis • Assist in coordinating building components and systems • Prepare design alternatives for client review • Communicate design ideas to the internal project team • Prepare submittals for regulatory approval

🎯 Anforderungen

• B.S. in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction-related field, or significant experience in a professional environment drafting residential and/or commercial construction documentation • 2+ years of experience • AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, or Sapphire Build required • Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction techniques, construction documents, and CAD concepts • Knowledge of building codes • CAD/BIM drafting skills required • Knowledge of 3D Modeling software is a plus • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign graphic software is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to consistently meet deadlines • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Ability to focus in a busy team environment and successfully multitask • Positive, “can-do” attitude, including in high-stress situations • Unwavering commitment to “world-class customer service”
