Beschreibung

• Lead stakeholder mapping and institutional and political-economy analysis across priority countries and institutions • Monitor leadership changes, institutional priorities, decision cycles, financing windows, risks and emerging opportunities • Translate complex information into strategic options and recommended actions for senior leaders and relationship owners • Own and improve Fika’s stakeholder architecture, governance, segmentation and prioritisation • Strengthen Salesforce and related tools as the source of truth for relationships, interactions, commitments and next steps • Establish data-quality standards and decision-support dashboards • Coordinate with relationship owners and country teams to maintain current priority records • Lead adoption and continuous improvement of stakeholder systems, including automation and AI-enabled workflows • Advise on engagement objectives, sequencing, risks and next moves • Develop stakeholder and engagement plans for Safe Access, country adoption, development-finance pathways and strategic priorities • Assess events and convenings against stakeholder, policy and financing priorities • Track commitments and hand-offs and surface relationships requiring intervention • Prepare leadership briefs, stakeholder profiles, institutional analyses and meeting recommendations • Coordinate pre-briefs and debriefs and capture decisions, commitments and follow-up actions • Maintain engagement histories and institutional context • Produce regular stakeholder summaries with changes, opportunities, risks and recommended actions • Define measures of relationship progression and contribution to policy, financing or adoption outcomes

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least seven years of progressive experience in institutional research, stakeholder analysis, political-economy analysis, public affairs, policy, advocacy, strategic partnerships, international development or a related field • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience • Advanced stakeholder mapping, institutional research and political-economy analysis skills • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM for relationship management and organisational decision-making • Exceptional research, synthesis, executive-writing and briefing capability • Ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative information into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers • Strong judgement and discretion when handling sensitive institutional and relationship information • Ability to establish shared standards and influence across teams without formal authority • Experience working across countries, cultures and time zones • Experience working in Africa and/or global development preferred • Experience analysing or engaging governments, multilateral development banks, bilateral institutions, foundations or global coalitions preferred • Exposure to transport, climate, infrastructure, health, public policy or development finance preferred • Experience with dashboards, automation, data visualisation or AI-enabled research workflows preferred
