Beschreibung

• Support the full transcript production lifecycle—from pre-production preparation through post-production delivery • Prepare rough drafts, organize source data, and ensure that certified transcripts and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and delivered on time • Work closely with Transcription and Deposition Operations teams to keep production workflows efficient and reliable

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience in operations, legal support, transcription, or document management • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills • Comfortable working across multiple systems and handling high-volume, deadline-driven work • Able to follow established processes while adapting to unique client or case needs • Clear communicator who works well across operations, quality, and client-facing teams • Experience with legal transcripts, court reporting workflows, or litigation support is a plus
