Beschreibung

• Audit loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance using investor checklists and delivery requirements • Review disclosures, underwriting documents, closing packages, and HFA documentation • Prepare and deliver loan files and image packages for investor purchase, including pre-purchase and post-purchase submissions • Coordinate check requests and verify payments related to compliance, escrow, MCC, and other applicable requirements • Obtain additional documentation from internal teams and external partners to satisfy investor and regulatory requirements • Maintain accurate updates, notes, and tracking information in Encompass and other applicable systems • Monitor loan delivery timelines, lock expiration dates, and service level expectations • Provide timely and professional support through phone, email, and instant messaging • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and department initiatives • Assist with special projects and other assigned responsibilities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 3 years of related mortgage industry experience • At least 1 year of post-closing experience • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and accountability • Understanding of mortgage loan documents and post-funding loan lifecycle processes • Knowledge of mortgage underwriting and closing documentation requirements • Familiarity with investor and warehouse bank guidelines • Understanding of loan shipping practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Knowledge of State Housing Finance Agency (HFA) programs is preferred • Proficiency with mortgage loan systems, including Encompass, preferred • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
