Beschreibung

• Direct and control the activities of a broad functional area dedicated to our global product and industry certification efforts. • Own and implement the roadmap to maintain, expand, and add new scopes for compliance and regulatory requirements across the business. • Lead the team overseeing U.S. Public Sector certifications (FedRAMP High, DoD IL5, FIPS 140-3) and various other regulatory programs (IPv6, Common Criteria, VPAT, OpenSSL, TEC India, Canada CCCS, China MPS, EU CRA, and more). • Evaluate total cost of ownership and justify investments to the finance team by tying certification costs back to expected revenue gains. • Responsible for significant business process improvements and continual improvement in organizational effectiveness.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Requires demonstration of executive influence. • Requires demonstration of effective risk mitigation and sound decision-making. • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field with 12 years of experience managing projects/programs; or an advanced degree with 10 years of experience. • Requires progressive, proven industry and management experience. • Requires a thorough knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and demonstrated expertise in navigating certifications, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
