• Shape how Stitch Fix evaluates and learns about new products from the beginning of their lifecycle. • Apply first-principles thinking to turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable ideas. • Work on high-impact, highly visible problems that influence inventory investment, product performance, and client experience. • Drive a critical system transformation toward a more unified, scalable merchandising platform. • Partner across merchandising, data science, and engineering to connect strategy, systems, and decision-making. • Help shape how AI changes both what we build and how we build products. • Enjoy diving into technical details across data systems, APIs, and integrations to solve complex problems.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce, complex marketplace platforms, or data intensive environments. • Technical background that allows understanding of data systems, integrations, and effective collaboration with engineering and data science teams. • Systems thinker who can connect upstream decisions (like inventory purchasing) to downstream outcomes (like product performance). • Enjoys tackling ambiguous problems and turning them into clear opportunities through new ideas and thoughtful problem-solving. • Comfortable using data to inform decisions and connecting product choices to business outcomes and tradeoffs. • Experience building or evolving complex systems or integrating with external tools and platforms. • Strong communicator who can align stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams. • Bias toward action with a track record of delivering measurable impact. • Actively uses AI tools to improve productivity and product development workflow.
