Beschreibung

• Own the strategy, outcomes, and integrated roadmap for the Sequoia Expansion portfolio • Balance customer value, business impact, technical investment, risk, and organizational capacity across multiple initiatives • Manage and develop Product Managers and Business Analysts through expectations, coaching, feedback, and increasing ownership • Lead complex or high-risk work as a player-coach and make portfolio-level tradeoffs • Partner with Engineering, Underwriting, Operations, Data Science, Data Management, and Program Management • Build a scalable expansion model translating regional rules and operational needs into production-ready capabilities • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities, estimate impact, prioritize investments, and measure post-launch impact • Establish portfolio goals, leading indicators, and launch readiness criteria • Represent the portfolio in planning, staffing, and prioritization discussions • Raise product management standards through outcome-oriented planning, discovery, evidence-based decisions, and clear product artifacts

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of software or technology product management experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and demonstrated impact • Experience owning complex products, platforms, or portfolios • Demonstrated success leading a portfolio of related products or initiatives • Experience managing and developing Product Managers and Business Analysts • Strong player-coach judgment • Track record delivering enterprise software, workflow, data, automation, or AI-enabled products • Strong data fluency and experience using qualitative and quantitative evidence • Ability to structure ambiguous, domain-heavy problems and translate complex business and operational needs into product direction • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Experience in title production, mortgage, real estate, insurance, fintech, or another regulated and operationally complex domain is preferred • Experience scaling products across geographies, business units, customer segments, or varying regulatory requirements is preferred • Experience leveraging AI tools and AI-driven development practices is preferred
