Beschreibung

• Review commercial loan documentation operational mechanics for compatibility with the loan system • Collaborate with relationship managers, closers, and other line-of-business personnel to gather information and resolve documentation, closing, boarding, and funding issues • Oversee funding of new and amended loan transactions, ensuring timely disbursement and adherence to approval conditions • Maintain detailed records and documentation in loan systems and databases • Guide team members as a subject matter expert in loan documentation, boarding, and funding processes • Help develop and refine documentation procedures and best practices • Engage in cross-functional project teams • Oversee and authorize outgoing wire transfers and OTEs • Participate in pipeline, pre-closing, and closing calls • Identify and escalate deal attributes unsupported by the servicing system or requiring workarounds or manual intervention • Support onboarding, funding, and quality review of new or amended attorney-prepared facilities • Prepare and send advance notice, clear-to-close funding, and fee notices to participating banks • Apply DMAIC methodology to improve processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) • A minimum of five (5) years of loan administrative or operations experience, in commercial loans • Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Lean Six Sigma – Yellow Belt Certified is a plus • Proficient in syndicated and participation loan transactions • Strong organizational skills and multitasking proficiency • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and implement effective solutions • Experience overseeing and authorizing outgoing wire transfers and OTEs (Online Transaction Entry) • Experience with commercial loan documentation, boarding, funding, quality review, and attorney-prepared facilities
