Beschreibung

• Provide expert digital sales consultation to clients • Drive value-based technical solutions and capabilities • Collaborate with peers to influence product development leadership on digital roadmap strategy • Demonstrate thought leadership and technical excellence in sales • Ensure seamless handoff to delivery for complex solutions encompassing multiple products and services • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets while adhering to cost of sales objectives • Develop value-based proposals and architect technical solutions • Document technical designs, potential implementation phases, and work streams • Lead internal and external technical customer meetings • Validate discoveries and solutions and ensure smooth transition to servicing teams • Maintain consistent communication with customers and internal teams • Collect and share client feedback to enhance customer experience and inform product development • Participate in RFI/RFP documents, prospect qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and solution proposals • Drive sales opportunities within existing accounts and support customer objectives • Communicate product roadmap information to prospects and clients • Provide market feedback to Product Management and Technology

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of experience in financial institutions or technology vendors serving financial institutions or merchants • 6+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or software solutions implementation in a similar solution domain • 6+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience • Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization • Must not require sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to use a computer and audio equipment • Ability to be on-call during non-standard and/or overnight hours on a rotational basis • Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays • Willingness to travel approximately 25-30% off-site or to other office locations
