Beschreibung

• Support customers through tickets, email, and video, handling simple queries through complex technical issues • Build technical expertise across all facets of the dbt platform • Own customer issues from initial troubleshooting through resolution • Enhance technically accurate and accessible documentation • Pursue professional development and broaden expertise across dbt Core and the dbt platform • Collaborate with peers, engineering, and stakeholders across time zones to deliver high-quality support • Use conversational AI tools to research, author, and review support responses and internal documentation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Expertise in coding languages, SQL, APIs, and understanding network requests • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong technical foundation, especially in a SaaS support environment • Prior experience in technical and client-facing roles such as engineering support or customer success • Experience creating documentation or technical how-to guides using text, images, and video • Ability to use conversational AI systems such as Claude, ChatGPT, and internal chatbots for support and enablement content • Hands-on experience with YAML or JSON structures (bonus) • Proficiency with Datadog or LogicMonitor (bonus) • Understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and modern data stack concepts (bonus) • Practical experience with dbt (bonus)
