Beschreibung

• Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi-channel distribution framework across People and COO organizations • Write and edit clear, engaging content for internal audiences across the internal wiki and other channels • Craft consistent messaging on company updates, initiatives, and achievements • Support leadership on change and reorganization communications • Manage and optimize internal communication channels including email, intranet, Slack, and other digital platforms • Develop and maintain a crisis communications plan • Design and run an employee listening framework across employee groups and key moments at least quarterly • Establish feedback mechanisms and translate feedback into action • Build, document, pilot, and iterate a company-wide recognition framework • Integrate recognition into tools and processes such as Slack and Workday • Identify and help launch culture initiatives grounded in company values • Track and report awareness and adoption through mechanisms such as the annual company survey • Design a connection framework for events and community programming, including remote/distributed hubs • Plan and deliver company events with attendance and satisfaction goals • Analyze and present survey, attendance, engagement, and participation data to drive decisions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of experience across internal communications and employee experience/engagement • Excellent, clear, simple writing • Demonstrated experience designing employee listening, feedback, or survey programs • Experience building or running employee recognition programs • Experience planning and executing company-wide events or community programming, including for distributed/remote teams • Strong ability to analyze and present data accurately and use it to tell a story • Ability to prioritize effectively and lead and execute independently as a senior individual contributor • Experience working cross-collaboratively with employees and executives at all levels • Fluent in best practices across internal communication channels • Understanding of how communications, recognition, culture, and leadership intersect • Experience driving behavior change through communications and program design • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Technologies: Google Suite, Notion • Bonus skills: previous experience in founder-led startup organizations; experience with Notion; fluency with AI tools
