Beschreibung

• Serve as a primary point of contact between publishing teams, approving offices, and program stakeholders throughout the publication lifecycle • Track, manage, route, and maintain accurate records of publication products across multiple systems • Review and evaluate technical documents for grammar, clarity, readability, consistency, and compliance with established writing and publication standards • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, provide publication status updates, and assist with resolving issues, adjudications, and approval requirements • Support program offices in developing strategic publication plans and identifying innovative approaches to improve communication and publication outcomes • Handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• DHS Suitability Required • BS/BA degree and 4 (+) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience supporting communications, publications, technical documentation, or similar programs in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate policies, requirements, and guidance to diverse stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to review and edit technical documents for grammar, clarity, consistency, and adherence to established standards • Strong organizational, customer service, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation • Strategic Communication experience (preferred) • Only U.S. citizens are eligible for this position • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination
