Beschreibung

• Plan and deliver communications for assigned change initiatives, including M&A and integration activity, organizational changes, and People programs • Write and edit employee communications across channels, including announcements, FAQs, talking points, manager toolkits, presentations, intranet news, and Teams communications • Turn complex or incomplete information into clear communications that explain what is changing and anticipate questions, concerns, and points of confusion • Manage communications plans, calendars, project trackers, reviews, approvals, and delivery timelines across multiple projects • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align messaging, timing, audiences, and delivery channels • Support leadership communications, including company meetings, leadership updates, talking points, presentations, and announcements • Flag communications risks and employee impacts early; recommend solutions and escalate issues as appropriate • Gather and synthesize employee feedback and sentiment to inform message refinement • Develop and execute communication plans that help employees understand company priorities, changes affecting their work, and required actions • Report to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–7 years of experience in internal, change, or corporate communications, or a related field • Excellent writing, copy-editing, and presentation-development skills, with close attention to detail • Experience developing communications for acquisitions, integrations, organizational change, technology transformation, People programs, or other large-scale business changes • Demonstrated experience managing communications plans, timelines, stakeholders, reviews, and deliverables across multiple projects • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information • All offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check
