Beschreibung

• Partner with select global function leaders on communications supporting strategic priorities, organizational change, and business transformation • Develop executive messaging, presentations, talking points, and leader communications • Support change communications planning and execution to drive employee understanding, adoption, and engagement • Advise stakeholders on messaging, timing, audiences, and channel strategies • Prepare leaders for communication opportunities with clear, engaging, audience-focused content • Lead communications planning and delivery for IT initiatives, operational updates, and transformation efforts • Manage content creation, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and distribution • Coordinate with IT stakeholders, subject matter experts, and Comms Champions • Coordinate and support the IT Communications Champions Network • Develop internal communications across InVantive, Viva Engage, newsletters, and communication campaigns • Translate complex business and technical topics into clear, employee-focused communications • Identify and develop stories highlighting progress, innovation, key initiatives, and impact • Support organizational narratives and messaging frameworks • Ensure consistent messaging, sequencing, and audience alignment across channels • Develop and manage integrated communications plans, calendars, workflows, and deliverables • Coordinate content reviews, approvals, publishing, and distribution • Monitor communication effectiveness and gather stakeholder feedback • Maintain alignment with communications standards, governance, and best practices • Support measurement and reporting of communication reach, engagement, and effectiveness

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business, Organizational Communications, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, change communications, employee engagement, or related communications disciplines • Experience supporting internal, executive, or change communications, ideally in a complex or matrixed organization • Experience developing and executing communications plans supporting organizational change, transformation, or adoption initiatives • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills • Ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, compelling communications • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and channels • Strong attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
