Beschreibung

• Manage inbound phone, email, and live chat leads to exceed quota and conversion benchmarks • Build trust with customers through discovery questions, storytelling, and empathy • Guide prospective travellers through the buying process and emotionally significant booking decisions • Handle objections confidently and tailor approaches to different customers • Manage the sales pipeline, including timely follow-ups • Test creative sales tactics and flag risks or behavioural shifts to managers • Share best practices and contribute to sales scripts and objection-handling playbooks • Craft team-wide AI efficiency levers • Provide handovers between timezone teams and share insights • Help refine sales processes and shape sales best practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong track record in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a performance-driven environment • Experience building customer rapport, positioning, and objection handling in a B2C environment or with a lifestyle brand • Experience handling inbound and outbound enquiries across live chat, phone, and email • Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently, flag risks, and make proactive decisions • Ability to collaborate across multifunctional and timezone teams • Proactive sharing of insights • Openness to coaching and willingness to mentor peers • Passion for travel and human connection • Ability to adapt in a high-growth, startup-style environment with change and ambiguity • Must be based in the US and have the right to work in the US • Must be available for a set roster, including occasional weekends, public holidays, or evenings
