Beschreibung

• Own the technical side of enterprise onboarding from the initial architecture discussion through broad, stable rollout • Design and deliver identity and authentication integrations using OIDC, Entra ID, and Frontline Identity • Deliver SCIM provisioning, REST APIs, and integrations with HR and operational systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or UKG • Guide customer IT teams, partners, and external development partners toward maintainable solutions • Enable customers to operate solutions independently through documentation and handover discussions • Build initial integrations, scripts, or prototypes where this is the fastest way to validate an approach or unblock a rollout • Shape how AI agents, MCP-based tool access, and agent-to-agent scenarios operate in enterprise environments • Address authentication and data boundaries for customer AI deployments • Align requirements with project management, IT, Security, business departments, and works councils • Make technical decisions and relay identified product and engineering gaps to internal teams • Travel regularly to customers, approximately 10–30% of the time

🎯 Anforderungen

• Around 3–5 years or more of experience in IT or tech consulting, Customer Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or SaaS implementation • Genuine enterprise experience • Practical experience with enterprise integration and identity • Experience with SSO and authentication, including OIDC, OAuth, Entra ID, or comparable technologies • Experience delivering REST APIs and API-based integrations in real enterprise IT environments • Technical responsibility in enterprise customer projects, making technical decisions with IT, Security, and business departments • Technical depth without writing product code full-time: reading code, reviewing designs, debugging integrations, and building functional prototypes • German at C1 level or higher • Fluent English • Legal authorization to work in the European Union or the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship • Experience with SCIM provisioning and integrations with HR or workforce systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or UKG is nice to have • Current understanding of agentic AI developments including MCP, A2A, EMA, and related authentication questions is nice to have • Prior Customer Engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer experience in a product company is nice to have • Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, logs, metrics, dashboards, works council matters, or enterprise data protection is nice to have
