Beschreibung

• Own the client relationship and drive account retention for Enterprise Accounts • Build deep, multi-threaded partnerships with key merchant stakeholders • Drive adoption of Flowspace solutions and deliver exceptional service • Act as the front-facing lead for all merchant communications • Ensure timely, responsive, proactive, and polished customer interactions • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve issues • Represent the merchant’s voice internally by advocating for timelines, escalations, and feature requests • Lead weekly or bi-weekly account syncs and report on account metrics, open items, and business goals • Develop tailored QBR decks using the company template • Identify upsell and growth opportunities and partner with leadership and Executive Sponsors • Project-manage onboarding and launch for new merchants • Educate merchants on Flowspace’s platform, tools, and product offerings to drive adoption and value realization

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years proven experience in a former/current account management role • Industry experience in logistics, warehousing, or ecommerce • Solid skills with software products, such as a WMS, Salesforce, and GSuite • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work across teams in a fast-paced but collaborative environment • Must be able to successfully manage virtual technology tools including GSuite, Slack, Zoom, and Miro • Must be able to work in a remote environment • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (bonus point) • Master's/Graduate degree (bonus point) • Experience in a startup environment (bonus point)
