Beschreibung

• Lead and develop 3 Team Leads across Client Service, Ticketing, and Trip Fulfillment • Coach Team Leads daily with direct, specific feedback • Build a shift culture centered on ownership, accuracy, and client empathy • Conduct regular performance reviews • Direct client-facing operations during the assigned shift • Allocate resources, manage escalations, and resolve complex situations • Ensure complete handovers between shifts • Maintain 95%+ SLA adherence and 98%+ data accuracy • Own the end-to-end client experience, including requests, quotes, bookings, and follow-ups • Personally handle VIP clients and high-complexity situations • Provide proactive updates and creative solutions • Submit at least two documented process improvements per month • Identify patterns in client feedback, system performance, and team errors • Partner with Process Management and other functions to streamline workflows • Use data to make decisions and demonstrate impact • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Leadership, and other cross-functional teams • Represent client and team perspectives in strategic conversations • Contribute insights to Ascend's global growth and operational scaling

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-touch service operations • 2+ years in a leadership or management role coaching and developing a team • Strong Sabre GDS proficiency, including fare rules, complex routing, and ticketing • Data-driven approach to leadership using metrics to identify trends and validate changes • Excellent written and verbal communication • Composure under pressure • Experience with international business-class or first-class bookings or award travel programs is nice to have • Familiarity with Asana, Periskope, Stripe, or similar workflow and CRM platforms is nice to have • Track record of building or improving operational processes, SOPs, or training programs is nice to have • Experience managing remote, global teams across time zones is nice to have • Background in premium hotels or high-end concierge services is nice to have • Must manage applicable taxes, filings, and compliance requirements as an independent contractor
