Beschreibung

• Provide technical support to Account Executives and Account Managers throughout the FMX sales process • Identify innovative solutions and spot product opportunities during the sales cycle • Serve as a liaison between the product team and other company departments • Prepare and deliver technical product and service presentations • Support technical demos involving unique workflows, third-party integrations, and new challenges • Partner with sales executives on presentations for enterprise deals • Participate in onsite demonstrations for enterprise accounts, with 10–20% travel • Demonstrate innovative technology during the sales process to identify additional problems • Attend and contribute to weekly and quarterly sales and customer success meetings • Build trusted prospect relationships and understand business requirements driving product changes • Attend development standups and quarterly strategy sessions • Collect and document competitive intelligence • Communicate client and prospect needs to the product team for future enhancements • Organize prospect themes and trends and communicate them to executives and the product team

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar professional role • Knowledge of or direct experience in software development • Practical experience with building or industrial automation systems • Proven ability to integrate various software packages effectively • Desire and ability to learn new technologies and apply them to real-world business challenges • High coachability and rapid adaptability • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong task management and organizational abilities • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Ability to quickly establish relationships, especially over the phone • Effective problem-solving skills for prospect and customer issues • Ability to actively listen, identify core needs, and align solutions with FMX • Alignment with FMX core values: Teamwork, Excellence, and Integrity • Successful candidates must complete a background check before onboarding
